My Therapeutic Approach
Sometimes there are times in life that are overwhelming and we find our emotional world difficult to understand.
Therapy provides support in looking at the challenges and issues that we find difficult. It helps us connect with our inner strength and resources, develop self-awareness, gain coping skills and find new ways of viewing ourselves and our world.
My approach is humanistic and integrative. As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from a wide range of theoretical approaches. I will create bespoke therapeutic solutions tailored to you.
Through my experience, I have come to strongly believe that one of the most important factors in therapy is the quality of the relationship between client and therapist. I truly trust and believe that the therapeutic space created by us is unique and is built on a relationship of trust, security and safety.
Therefore, I strive to create a confidential, safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk about and explore issues. I believe and trust that you hold the answers and healing within you, and I will facilitate your exploration and change.
As everyone is unique and different, I work using a varied framework and integrate elements of various approaches, tailoring them to meet the needs of each individual.
My therapeutic approach is built on a foundation of Person Centered Therapy; human to human; person to person. I work with a wide range of issues, including:
